Lupe Solis started out working at American Apparel as an order puller. When they saw her natural leadership ability, she was promoted to a Lead and eventually promoted to Distribution Manager. After 14 years with the company, she decided to follow her passion in the beauty industry. After receiving her Cosmetology license, she completed the teacher training program. She then worked at a beauty school as the campus manager because of her skills, potential in educating, and ability to manage staff and students. After 8 years, Lupe has continued her role as Campus Manager at Cosmo Beauty College. Not only is she a great leader, but she also creates a culture where everyone feels like family and enjoys coming to work daily. She loves helping students and is a supportive team player who always get the job done.
