Director of Operations & Compliance

Tracy Pham is a licensed Esthetician and Manicurist with experience working in her Mom’s nail salon while she was in college. As a Cal State University – Fullerton graduate in Business, she specialized in Human Resources and Compliance. Right out of college, she was a Manager at an Outpatient Surgery Center and became familiar with HIPPA compliance. After starting her family, Tracy worked as an adjudicator for the Employment Development Department before working as the Human Resources Manager at Lexor Inc, a salon equipment manufacturer where she was re-introduced to the beauty industry. As the Human Resources Manager, Tracy dealt with compliance agencies like OSHA, DOT, and Dept of Labor. After almost 10 years of being in H.R., Tracy transitioned to Compliance in Education and gained experience dealing with BBC, BPPE, and NACCAS. Under Tracy’s guidance, Tracy’s husband pioneered the Time Clocker system, a school management system that is currently being utilized by local beauty schools. After 5 years as Compliance Director, Tracy continues her role as Compliance Director as well as Director of Operations at Cosmo Beauty College.  She is always finding innovative ways to improve processes and procedures. She believes in working smarter and not harder. Tracy loves supporting the team & students; and loves sharing her skills and knowledge.
